1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to xrowdeal — a secure, neutral escrow platform for trading digital assets using USDT cryptocurrency.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of xrowdeal, including all pages, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, creating or joining a deal, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use xrowdeal.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use xrowdeal.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent restrictions will result in permanent termination.
• You must not use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency escrow services is prohibited.

3. Escrow Service & User Conduct

xrowdeal acts solely as an escrow agent — we hold USDT funds until both parties confirm completion or the auto-release timer expires.

Allowed Trades: Legitimate digital assets only (crypto wallets, game accounts, social media accounts, domains, software licenses, gift cards, etc.) with clear, verifiable descriptions.

Strictly Prohibited (permanent ban & fund forfeiture):

• Illegal goods, services, or activities
• Stolen, hacked, or compromised accounts/items
• Money laundering, fraud, or scam schemes
• Adult content (unless fully disclosed and legal)
• Off-platform payments (never ask/send USDT directly outside escrow)
• Phishing, fake proofs, or misleading information

4. Seller Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and honest description of the asset
• Deliver the exact asset as described within the agreed timeframe
• Accept automatic platform fee deduction (minimum 5% + extra per hold day)
• Confirm delivery only after actual handover
• Respond promptly and professionally in chat
• Never request or accept off-platform payments

5. Buyer Obligations

• Send exact USDT amount only to the platform wallet
• Upload valid payment proof immediately after transfer
• Confirm receipt and satisfaction honestly and within the hold period
• Do not pressure the seller outside the platform
• Do not file frivolous or false disputes

6. Fees & Auto-Release

• Platform fee: minimum 5% (deducted only from seller amount)
• Additional percentage per extra hold day (set in settings)
• Auto-release to seller after hold period expires if buyer does not confirm or dispute
• Mutual instant release possible only with agreement from both parties

7. Disputes & Admin Decisions

Disputes must be raised in good faith with valid evidence. Admin decisions are final and binding.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of xrowdeal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
