- Execution and management of Escrow Deals.

xrowdeal does not engage in the commercial sale of user data. Disclosure is limited to:
- Counterparties within an active deal (Limited to Username and Chat Data).
- Institutional blockchain verifiers for transaction auditing.
- Legal or government authorities upon valid jurisdictional court orders.
- Internal fraud prevention investigators.
Confidentiality Notice:
Payment proofs, deal-specific files, and Tribunal evidence are stored in an encrypted environment accessible only to you, the counterparty, and the presiding xrowdeal Admin.

4.1 We utilize AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.
4.2 Communication artifacts and files are purged following a retention period post-settlement, unless required for legal compliance.
4.3 Access to sensitive data layers is governed by strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and monitored 24/7.
