What documentation is required for a dispute?
Please provide the Deal ID, blockchain transaction hash (if applicable), and clear evidence of the breach of terms. The more metadata you provide, the faster we can settle the claim.
Are refunds possible on failed deals?
Absolutely. If our tribunal finds that a transaction was not fulfilled correctly, the locked USDT is returned to the buyer's balance. No platform fee is applied to failed/refunded deals.
How are file uploads handled for evidence?
